Swiss Venture Girls began with one simple belief: girls deserve to feel just as confident navigating the worlds of business, entrepreneurship and finance as anyone else.
Founded in Switzerland, the initiative grew into a platform connecting, inspiring and empowering young girls to explore opportunities they might not otherwise have considered.
Over two years, what started as an idea became a community, a platform for learning, and a space for young voices.
Now, we're taking everything we've learned, thinking bigger and preparing for what's next. A new chapter is on the horizon, and we're just getting started.

Swiss Venture Girls is a vibrant community for teenage girls in Switzerland who are passionate about entrepreneurship, innovation, and finance. We aim to connect, inspire, and support young girls curious about building businesses, creating impact, and empowering each other. Through inspiring stories, educational content, and interactive activities, we help girls take their first steps into the world of business and finance.
Our initiatives include essay competitions, workshops, and mentorship opportunities designed to boost confidence, creativity, and leadership skills. Swiss Venture Girls is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of female entrepreneurs and changemakers in Switzerland.
