Welcome & Icebreaker – quick breakout rooms to share one “win” from the year
Mini Talk: “Dream Big, Start Small” – 10-min inspirational talk by a young founder or alumna
Vision Board Workshop – everyone creates a personal 2026 vision board (digital or paper) guided by prompts
Goal-Setting Sprint – participants set 3 concrete goals with accountability buddies
Closing Moment: Group photo + “I will” statements in the chat for motivation
