Shadri Sayad 

 Community & Visibility Manager

Shadri is a passionate youth advocate and the founder of Her, a girl-led platform amplifying the voices of young women in Balochistan. At Swiss Venture Girls, she leads community building and visibility efforts across platforms, helping us grow a vibrant and inclusive network. With her deep commitment to gender equity and storytelling, Shadri ensures that every girl’s voice is seen, heard, and celebrated.

Mariyah El Dada

Program & Events coordinator

Mariyah is a high school student passionate about finance, economics, and creating opportunities for young women. I care deeply about making business spaces more inclusive and believe that when girls support each other, real change happens. I'm here to learn, connect, and grow with others who share that vision.

Emilia Lun

Founder & Director

Emilia is a 17-year-old student from Switzerland who founded Swiss Venture Girls to create a space for ambitious, curious girls to explore entrepreneurship and finance. She's passionate about leadership, climbing, and building a global sisterhood.

Julia Fankhauser

Head of outreach and partnerships

Julia is an 18-year-old student from Switzerland with a passion for leadership, STEM and building communities that empower like-minded girls.
She founded her own baking business to support the education of a girl in Tanzania, and is a dedicated track and field athlete.

Elina is a 16-year-old student from Switzerland with a strong passion for business, personal growth, and finance. With her multicultural background, she enjoys exploring new opportunities and perspectives. Recently, she became a finalist in the Swiss Economics Olympiad, ranking among the top 12 in the country.

Hi! My name is Ari, and I create content for Swiss Venture Girls. I’m a 16 year old student at Heathfield School in England, with a strong passion for photography and art. I’m excited to support and inspire girls to pursue their goals, whatever they may be. In today’s world, where young women often face unique challenges, I’m proud to contribute to a platform that helps make the journey a little easier for girls around the globe.

Hi! I’m Ada Cevrim, a dedicated student-athlete passionate about empowering women. Driven by a passion to study neuroscience and continual growth—both academically and through running—I’m thrilled to step into a leadership role at Swiss Venture Girls. Having moved 8 times internationally, I bring diverse, multicultural experiences to this new, exciting role!

Zhanel Nurbol

Blog writer 

Zhanel is a passionate 16-year-old entrepreneur and student at Kantonsschule Menzingen in Switzerland. She is the CEO and co-founder of TeeReise, a start-up launched through the YES Company Programme, where she gained valuable experience in leadership, business management and sales strategy. In her role as a blog writer for SwissVentureGirls, Zhanel aims to create inspiring and empowering content that motivates young female entrepreneurs to make a lasting impact.
